The Approach at Anchor Lanes - Waiver Form

1. Use of Services

The Approach provides indoor golf simulator facilities, event bookings, and related services. By using our website or booking our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are required for simulator use and event bookings.
A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation may forfeit the booking fee.

3. Code of Conduct

Guests must respect the equipment, facilities, staff, and other patrons at all times. Any damage caused to the simulators, equipment, or premises due to misuse may result in charges for repairs or replacement.

4. Alcohol and Food Policy

The Approach allows guests to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages from our bar. Outside beverages are prohibited.
Guests must adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol consumption.
Any guest exhibiting disruptive or intoxicated behavior may be asked to leave without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in activities at The Approach, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of golf simulators and related facilities. The Approach is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during use.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
