I understand that participating in golf simulator activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to risk of personal injury, property damage, or harm to others. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my use of the simulator bay.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use a simulator bay, I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Argyle Open LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my guests while using the simulator bay, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I agree that I am financially responsible for any damage to equipment, facilities, or property caused by myself, my guests, or anyone in my party during the course of my rental. I authorize The Argyle Open LLC to charge my credit/debit card or collect payment for the full cost of repair or replacement of any such damages.

I agree to use all simulator equipment in a safe and responsible manner and to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of my rental without refund.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Argyle Open LLC from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney fees, that they may incur due to my use of the simulator bay.

I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and acknowledge that I am signing it freely and voluntarily.
