By participating in activities at Chickadee Karaoke, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Guest Conduct
Chickadee Karaoke maintains a zero-tolerance aggressive or disrespectful behavior toward our staff, other guests, and the facility. If it is determined that a guest has violated this policy, the staff reserves the right to terminate the session and ask the offending individual(s) or the entire party to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued if you are asked to leave due to behavioral violations.
Equipment and Room Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities or audio-visual equipment during their reserved time. Charges will be assessed if staff determines that damage occurred due to improper use, reckless behavior, or negligence.
Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings are nonrefundable within 24 hours of the reserved time. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking. If you experience an unforeseen emergency, please contact our staff as soon as possible; management may be able to reschedule your reservation for a later date.
If damage to the room/equipment caused by a previous party, or an A/V system failure, prevents us from providing a functional karaoke system, and we are unable to relocate your party to another available room to continue your session, a refund will be issued.
Unpaid Guests
All guests entering the karaoke rooms must be accounted for and paid for. If staff find unpaid guests amongst your party, the situation will be handled at the staff’s discretion. If deemed a mistake, the extra guest(s) will be given the option to pay their admission fee to remain in the room. Otherwise, the unpaid guest(s) will be required to leave the premises immediately.
Drugs, Alcohol, and Illegal Activity
The use of illegal drugs, unauthorized alcohol, or any illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited. If any member of a party is found to be engaging in illegal activities or violating this policy, the entire party will be asked to leave immediately. This decision is at the sole discretion of the staff, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining booked time. Chickadee Karaoke assumes no liability for the illegal actions of its patrons.
Food Allergies
Chickadee Karaoke Rooms allows outside food. As a result, peanuts and other allergens may have been present in your room before your arrival. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. By signing, you and your party assume all risks of allergic reactions and release the venue from any related liability.
Cleaning
Outside food is permitted in the karaoke rooms. We ask that you respect our space and clean up after your party. Please take bulky food packaging (such as large pizza boxes) with you when you leave. If staff find excessive food waste left behind, an additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
A $50 cleaning fee may be charged to the booking party for biohazard waste or messes that require excessive, non-standard cleaning.
Security Camera Acknowledgement
For the safety and security of our guests, staff, and equipment, video recording devices are actively monitoring the common areas and hallways of the facility. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded in these public spaces.
Release of Liability
I assume all risks associated with my participation at Chickadee Karaoke. I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Chickadee Karaoke, its owners, and employees from claims, liabilities, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from my time on the premises, including any liabilities caused by the actions of other guests in my party.
