Axes & Irons - Waiver and Release of liability

Participant Waiver and Assumption of Risk for Axe Throwing & Multi-Sport Golf Simulator Participation

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in axe throwing or the multi-sport golf simulator at Axes & Irons, located within The Local Bar & Grille, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious injury or damage to persons or property. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any risk associated with my participation.

By signing this waiver, I voluntarily agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I fully understand and accept all risks associated with axe throwing and golfing on a multi-sport simulator, including the potential for injury, permanent disability, or property damage, whether caused by myself or by other participants. I am participating at my own risk.
2. Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless The Local Bar & Grille, Axes & Irons, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while participating in axe throwing or golfing on the simulator. This release includes any claims of negligence on the part of The Local Bar & Grille and Axes & Irons.
3. Compliance with Safety Instructions: I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the staff and understand that failure to comply may increase the risk of injury.
4. Medical Condition: I declare that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in axe throwing or golfing on the simulator. I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining my own fitness to engage in this activity.
5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Local Bar & Grille, Axes & Irons, and their respective employees and representatives against any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from my participation in axe throwing or golfing on the simulator.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability and that I am signing it voluntarily. I am aware that this is a legal document that releases The Local Bar & Grille and Axes & Irons from liability for any injuries or damages incurred during my participation of axe throwing or golfing on the simulator.
